Production Process
🌾 Raw Materials
We use fresh or semi-dried cow manure as the primary raw material, along with agricultural waste like straw, leaves, or husks as bedding. The earthworm species Eisenia fetida (red wigglers) are used for their efficiency.
⚙️ Process
Cow dung is pre-composted for 15-20 days, then layered with bedding. Earthworms consume the substrate over 45-60 days. After decomposition, the vermicompost is sieved and dried to 30-40% moisture content.
